CDs In the event that the data on your CD is corrupted, for any reason, or the CD damaged, please contact me at gdinim@netidea.com and I will gladly replace your CD. Refunds for CDs are given at the discretion of company management.
 
                         

If you need images at a higher resolution than the standard 300ppi, I can provide you with scans up to 3200ppi. There is a surcharge of 10 dollars for these files. Modest royalty fees apply when these images are used as graphic platforms. Please contact me gdinim@netidea.com

                     
PRINTS I print my color photographs on Ilfochrome Classic paper . I sign and number each print
                       
 

I print my Black & White photographs on Ilford Multigrade silver gelatin photopaper. I sign and number each print.
  Prints are shipped via Canada post within 2 weeks of payment. Once shipped it will take up to 14 days for the photograph to reach you. They are shipped flat with handling instructions and framing recommendations.
In the unlikely event that your photograph is damaged in transport, I will replace it upon receipt of the damaged one.

I will refund a print returned to me in original condition, if shipped back no later than 7 days after its receipt.
